 At Mantasha’s Boutique, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

1. No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances

  • Please review product details carefully before placing an order

2. Order Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products (Exception)

In rare cases, if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images

  • Mandatory unboxing video

After verification, we may offer a replacement only (no refund).

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We will not accept any requests related to:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or color preference

  • Minor color variation due to screen resolution

  • Delay caused by courier partners

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
